Ready made and aged companies provide a few months or a few years existence in order to make the company seem more prestigious. The company will have a detailed history, with all filings complete.

As these companies are already in existence, a company number is available immediately for your use. All of our ready made and aged companies are supplied with a Certificate of Non-Trading. This provides you with peace of mind against the existence of any unknown liabilities.
All our ready made and aged companies have, in common with any limited company, something called an “Object Clause.” This object clause explains the scope of business the limited company is able to do. We have set all these companies up with a “General Commercial Object.” This means that any of these companies can, irrespective of the name, carry on any type of business you intend to engage in.
How to Order
Listed below are the names, incorporation dates and prices of our ready made and aged companies. This list is updated on a regular basis, so please check back or call our freephone number for the latest list. If you would prefer to rename one of these companies with a name of your choice, but retaining the history, then we can do so. This would incur an additional fee of £50.
Having selected the company name you require, follow our simple and straightforward online transfer process. You will receive confirmation of payment immediately, and the following documents in hard copy format by first class post:
- 1 copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Certificate of Non-Trading
- First Minutes
